We are glad to hear you own or are purchasing a Chinook. You should
be very happy with it.
I will say that no one has ever asked the question as to why you
should join the Chinook RV Club. There is no definitive answer
to that question. If you were to ask what the club is about, we
would simply state that it is a group of owners who enjoy traveling in their
Chinook and making new friends. Benefits of belonging? Besides participating
with fellow owners in sharing something you have in common, the pride in
ownership, travel, etc.?
1. With no factory in existence, current owners are your best
source of information
2. Members share tips and hints on maintenance, renovations
etc.
3. If you have a problem, there is more than likely someone
who had it and resolved it - this can save $$$$ on having RV repair.
4. Attend rallies in different areas for fun and fellowship
5. Receive email updates, quarterly newsletter and
annual membership directory
If you were to talk to anyone who is a member, whether they've
joined in the last few months, or 5 years ago or more, you would see that they
feel it is one of the best things they have done. At a price of $35 per
year, you can't go wrong.
